who I am

it sounds like “lemur”, but without the “L”

For me, the car is only part of the picture. What I’m passionate about is showing the car in context, whether that’s capturing people directly in the image, or creating a photograph that pulls the viewer in and makes them feel like they’re living and breathing that moment behind the lens.

My background in car design - progressing vehicles from a simple sketch through to something you can sit in and drive - gives me a real appreciation of how much dedication and love goes into creating these fantastic machines. A keen driver myself, competing in the odd targa rally with my (t)rusty Ford Puma, I can’t imagine a life that isn’t fully immersed in this mad and wonderful car-fanatic world.

High-paced automotive events where there’s engines revving, spectators bustling and the unmistakable whiff of petrol hanging in the air are where I thrive. I specialise in capturing the unscripted moments that most people don’t even realise are happening, with a documentary-style approach to photographing the petrolhead community.

It’s cliche, but a consultation really is the best way to make sure your quote is tailored to your requirements. Bespoke quotations ensure that every aspect of the service aligns with your specific objectives and budget, guaranteeing that the offering is relevant to the demands of each unique project and brand.

To get the ball rolling, there is some general information I will need that’s applicable to all quotation requests:

  • This one's pretty straightforward. Where I need to be, for what time and for how long. Sometimes location scouting may be required, which will also need to be factored in.

  • Typically this is how many photos you need from the photoshoot, and in what time frame they need to be delivered.

As standard I include a base colour grade and light retouching in a quote, but for the something like a studio photoshoot full retouching may be required (reflections can be KNARLY).

  • What do you need the images for? Social media only, website, marketing campaigns, magazine or billboard prints?

Photos are licensed for specific uses, similar to how you'll need a particular license to use a music artist's song for a commercial video advertisement.
